Evenings offer the most flexibility. Daytime availability is limited during open hours.
Do guests have access to exhibits?
Yes, many of our rental spaces come with access to selected exhibits for a unique guest experience.
Can we bring our own vendors?
We offer flexibility in choosing most vendors. For catering, PacSci has a preferred list of several incredible caterers.

What are the parking options?
PacSci does not own or manage a parking lot, but there are numerous parking garages and street parking available close to campus. Events at Climate Pledge Arena may impact traffic and parking.
Do you have restrictions on décor?
Restrictions include but are not limited to: no flames, no confetti, no glitter, no adhering items to walls or surfaces without express permission, no helium balloons. Additional restrictions are outlined in our contracts.
How do the exhibits affect event spaces?
Because our museum is an active exhibition space, venue layouts and capacities may change to accommodate current exhibits and installations. Please contact our team for the most up-to-date information.
