Call for Vendors: The Gift Lab

October 6 - October 31

Pacific Science Center is looking for local makers, artists, and vendors to join The Gift Lab, a 21+ holiday shopping and fundraising event celebrating creativity, curiosity, and science. 

The Gift Lab will transform Pacific Science Center into an after-hours makers marketplace featuring local makers with a science, technology, engineering, art, or STEAM connection. We’re looking for unique gifts and creative work that will inspire curiosity and make people think, wonder, and explore. 

Whether you create scientific art, nature-inspired jewelry, handmade goods, science-themed prints, educational products, weird and wonderful objects, or something that simply has a great connection to science, we’d love to hear from you.

Event Details 

Saturday, December 12, 2026 
7–11 PM 
Pacific Science Center | Seattle, WA 
21+ 

The event will include: 

  • Shopping with local STEM makers, artists, and vendors 
  • After-hours access to Pacific Science Center 
  • Live entertainment 
  • Drinks and food 
  • A festive atmosphere focused on gift giving, creativity, and curiosity. 

Vendor Participation

  • There is no fee to participate.  
  • Vendors keep 100% of their sales- no commissions to PacSci. 
  • All vendors must have a UBI# by Dec 1st to participate. 
  • Products that have a science theme or connection to science are preferred.  
  • Pac Sci can provide one 6ft or 8ft table and black linens for each vendor. Additional tables and vending supplies must be provided by vendors. 
  • Load in/Set up time is limited to 2 hours. Load out is limited to 1 hour.  
  • We are expecting 600-1000 guests. 
  • Electricity can be provided free of charge on a case by case basis.  
  • All sales must be done through the vendor.
