Join us for a special day of astronomical exploration as PacSci partners with The Downtown School to host their annual Star Party! This exciting event showcases the curiosity and creativity of The Downtown School’s astronomy students as they give constellation tours in the Planetarium, and lessons on telescopes, the life cycles of stars and astrophysics. In addition to presentations, guests can engage with hands-on activity stations hosted both by students and local experts in astronomy and aerospace. These interactive experiences invite visitors of all ages to explore topics including current missions in space, celestial navigation, solar observations, and more!
