School and Youth Group Camp-Ins

  • Who: Children grades 2-6 and their chaperones may register as part of a class, youth, or community group. Pacific Science Center requires a ratio of one adult to every six children.
  • Time: 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 a.m. the following day.
  • Fee per person: $36 ($45 within two weeks of Camp-In date)
Registration:
To register your group for Camp-In, please call the registration office at (206)443-2925. Registration is first-come, first-serve and some dates fill to capacity, so register early! A confirmation letter and information packet will be sent to you following the processing of your registration. This packet will include program information, schedule of events, roster, and liability form.

Payment:
  • Groups with 10 or fewer participants: Full payment is due at the time of registration.
  • Groups of 11 or more participants: A $150 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of registration with the balance due 30 days before your Camp-In date.
Cancellation:
Call at least two weeks prior to your scheduled Camp-in to receive a 50% refund (less the $150 deposit for groups of 11 or more). No refunds will be issued within two weeks of the Camp-In.
